The German industry receives great support from the German government for their participation and presentation at international fairs and exhibitions, in order to intensify the trade and exchange of information between important economic areas. The government also supports the industry on the occasion of Imaging Expo China / Interphoto Shanghai.
Due to market liberalization as well as growing spending power of the local population, the interest of international companies in the Chinese photo and imaging market is rising. Consumers have become more knowledgeable about photographic techniques and aspire to owning a camera, whereas in the past, a camera was regarded as a luxury good. This has created a huge market potential for foreign camera manufacturers.
Conversely, Chinese manufacturers have a growing interest in photo and imaging markets in Europe – and in particular in the German market. With the joint pavilion we want to provide a platform for meetings and discussions for both parties.
German exhibitors will again be presenting themselves to the visitors of Imaging Expo China / Interphoto Shanghai 2007 in a German national pavilion. German manufacturers of photo and imaging products can make an important contribution to the Chinese market. German products are recognised internationally for their quality, their precision, long lifespan and a good service.
For the 4th time, the German photo and imaging industry will show their products in a national pavilion in China.
This is another proof of the importance attached to the Chinese photo market.
Specialists from all sections of photo and imaging are looking forward to discussing with the experts of the Chinese industry at the stands of the German Presentation. At the information stand of the Federal Republic of Germany, our experts are looking forward to advising you of the industry’s range of products, as well as of further possibilities for export and import relations with Germany.
